Young People in Shropshire can now enjoy more Easter activities across the county thanks to HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) funding.
Shropshire Council’s youth support team have been successful in their bid to run HAF enrichment activities for young people this Easter. The HAF programme, funded by the Department of Education, provides support to children in receipt of free school meals through holiday periods.
The Pop-Up Youth Spaces can be found across the county, and will offer a safe space for young people from 11 years old upwards to come together and enjoy activities.
Young people will also be able to chat to their local youth support worker and find out what help and opportunities there are to support their wellbeing.
