ACCESS KEYS
Although some accessibility policies recommend the use of access keys for users with limited physical capabilities, this site is not enabled for access keys.
This is because many accessibility experts now advise against the use of access keys because the keys that are assigned by a website to activate a navigation option could very well conflict with keys that are already assigned by a disabled user's assistive software.
Indeed, there may even be conflict with the web browser: for example in Internet Explorer an access key may inadvertently bring up the program Help menu if the key h is assigned to a navigational option.
